I’m an Emmy-nominated journalist working in digital media strategy. I’m focused on understanding how journalism is evolving on social platforms, hoping to explore content creation and audience engagement in new media. Happy in front of a camera and producing video. I’m a passionate, creative leader looking to pioneer how tech and journalism intersect.

California born and bred, I’ve spent my life bouncing between San Diego and the Bay Area. I graduated early from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. The experience gave me my first taste of political journalism and set me on this track.

I became a certified yoga instructor in 2018, helping others to access the deepest layers of themselves. Using compassion, vulnerability, and grounding, I guide my students to root and find strength both physically and mentally. Inspiring others to grow and to actively want to make that change for themselves.

My passion for storytelling comes from an understanding that everyone has a story to tell. I want to hear yours.
